2010 FULL SEASON RULES & LEGAL NOTICES
- Select exactly 8 drivers from http://www.fantasynascarpool.com/register.php without exceeding the $10,000,000 salary cap. You MUST have exactly 8 drivers – no more or no less. You are picking the driver, not the car. If a driver is injured or loses his ride, no further points will be accumulated for that driver. Enter as many teams as you would like. For those that do not have access to a computer, the second page or attached spreadsheet can be provided.
- The team selected will be your team for the entire season. There will be three trading sessions this season. During week 8 and 9 and week 16 and 17 and during week 25 and 26....you will be able to drop, add or trade drivers. There will be a fee invloved for making trades. Trading fee will be $25.00 per season payable on or before Week 8. There is also a maximum of 3 trades per trading session. If trading fee is not recieved by week 8 your team will remain as the first registered team. The trading fee of $25.00 covers you for all three trade periods and if you choose ot to take part in the first trading period you will not be able to pay to trade during periods 2 or 3.
- Scoring will be based on the Official NASCAR “non-chase” point standings which are available on the NASCAR.com website. The results will be posted weekly on http://www.fantasynascarpool.com. At the end of the 26th race, NASCAR resets the points for the Top 12 drivers. The Fantasy NASCAR Pool will continue accumulating points using the traditional points system. This year I will be using the NASCAR points system; this will also include any penalties incurred by your drivers
- Entry fee is $25 per team entered.
- Trading fee is $25.00 for the season.

Payment can be made online through PayPal (www.paypal.com) to info@fantasynascarpool.com.
A confirmation of the receipt of your team and payment will be e-mailed to you.
- Entries MUST be submitted by February 14, 2010 in order to take part in the pool.
- Pool fee MUST be received by February 28, 2010.

TIE BREAKERS In the event of a tie, FANTASY NASCAR® POOL will break the tie as follows. We will sum the prizes and divide by the number of teams involved in the tie and distribute the prize evenly. Example, if there is a tie for first place, we will add together the prizes for first and second place and distribute the total evenly between the tied players.
